This property is located on the outskirts of the busy Somerset village of Walton and within a mile of a family pub. Upon entering the beautiful accommodation you are welcomed into the bright and airy porch which is a perfect place to store muddy shoes after a countryside walk and has a utility area with washing machine. From here you will enter the open-plan kitchen/diner. The well-equipped kitchen area has an electric oven and hob microwave and fridge a great space to prepare a meal or lazy breakfast. An archway leads to the dining area which also has two comfy chairs and a TV. From here head upstairs to a lounge with sofa bed a perfect space to relax after a day of exploring and watch TV or your favourite DVD. Open the French doors and let the outside in and enjoy the views from the comfort of one of the two sofas or from the balcony itself. Heading back downstairs and through the dining area you will find the double bedroom. This is a lovely spacious bedroom which also has a TV. Completing the accommodation is the contemporary shower room with shower and WC. From the first-floor lounge there is a balcony with seating where you can relax after a busy day and watch the sun go down please note that the views do take in a small part of the very small touring park. The rear of the cottage looks onto the owners private garden.
