This property is situated in the village of Meare in Somerset within walking distance of the village pub and of the Shapwick Heath Nature Reserve which makes a pleasant place for a relaxing country walk or an enjoyable cycle ride. The historic town of Glastonbury is only three miles away with its breath-taking ruinous abbey and its peaceful chalice well gardens. The shops in Glastonbury are a far-cry from the usual high-street stores making it a wonderful town for an afternoon of browsing and exploring. Some fifteen miles to the north of the property visitors will find the seaside town of Burnham-on-Sea whilst the huge beach at Weston-Super-Mare is just a few more miles around the coast. On arrival at this property guests will be able to relax straight away in the spacious L-shaped lounge/diner with its thick carpets comfortable seating wood burner TV/DVD and French windows which open onto a patio.
