Recently newly renovated. Roban House is a small friendly guest house with accommodation within easy walking distance of the bus train stations and the centre of Bath. STRICTLY NO SMOKERS. The hotel has luxury rooms with high quality Egyption Cotton bed linen most en-suite with free wireless broadband. On-street parking is available in the vicinity. PLEASE NOTE. We now offer in house holistic treatments such as AromatherapySwedish Massage Deep Tissue Massage Reflexology Indian Head Massage SportRemedial Massage and Non Surgical Facelift Massage. These normally need to be booked in advance. Please telephone for details. The earliest check-in is at 3 pm and the latest at 9 pm (5 pm and 9 pm on Sundays) and the latest check out 10 am except by prior arrangement (additional charges will apply). Roban House does not have a permanently manned reception. We will contact you to arrange the suitable check-in time. Farmhouse style breakfast served in kitchendiner.Children under the age of 12 are not permitted. Children over the age of 12 are permitted if accompanied by a responsible adult.We do not permit any changestransfers to the original booking after the booking has been made.It might be possible to add a guest bed into some of the rooms at £50 per night but please check with the Guest House before booking.Guests are requested not to enter the property in dirty dusty or soiled industrial clothing. We reserve the right to request you to change before entering.
